I have posted an updated WD for DataLink with changes coming from all 
the excellent discussions on the list.

Although I have included the link to the RDF vocabulary in the document, 
I have yet to figure out how to get some content at

http://www.ivoa.net/rdf/datalink

I will try to sort that out ASAP.

The announcement of the previous WD (20140228) declared that the start 
of WG review period; with the Interop now less than 2 weeks away we will 
review the current state at the interop, but I feel the latest WD is 
ready for RFC.
