Ignoring most of the issues here, if I want the value of POS to refer to
content in an uploaded file, I would want to express this in the value
of POS, e.g., "POS=@<upload-tag>".  So for example if POS is some
complex object with lots possible string values, the uploaded text
referenced by <upload-tag> might be like this:

     box 111.11 23.22 0.02
     rect 121.11 32.22 0.02 0.10
     box 141.11 -122.22 0.04

and so forth.
