Interop Sessions for Sao Paolo 2012

We have 4 sessions for DAL in the upcoming interop, with topics roughly:

DALI - I have the latest WD fixed up and will upload this week 

DataLink and DataAccess - probably 2 sessions to untangle and define these more 
fully

Data Discovery - future of TAP, *QL, S* protocols, etc
