Table upload as a general thing is covered by one of the CSP use cases (upload 
lists of stuff) and as such is covered by DALI. We can discuss any changes in 
the DALI session of the interop. I agree that it would be necessary to 
implement any proposal before arbitrarily changing it; we did explore many 
options when writing the tap spec and this ended up being the simplest. It is 
a bit of a pita to implement, but not that bad. TBD.
