[DALI] WD-DALI-1.0 discussion area

I would like to convene a small splinter session here at the interop to 
resolve these issues in the DALI draft. I don't see this being particularly 
controversial so I think we can meet at a break and make a few decisions.

Proposed: Wednesday @ 10:30 am (coffee break) at the tables in the lobby.

For those not attending the interop, forward any comments to the list asap.
