I have submitted a new draft of DALI (the first to the document repository), 
including changes from the session at the Pune Interop. It will hopefully 
appear in the next day or so.

Several sections need some details filled in and some points clarified; feel 
free to forward comments directly to me or to the list with [DALI] in the 
subject line (anything not purely editorial I will post to the list). I hope 
to make revisions rapidly over the next month or so.
