To facilitate discussion on the draft, I've added a discussion area
on http://www.ivoa.net/cgi-bin/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/DALI, and I've
added some (rather verbose) feedback on 

 * parameter syntax (drift: strike it), 
 * the upload parameter (drift: exploit multipart/form-data
   capabilities rather than hack something that inhibits streaming), and
 * the additional information (drift: add something that lets clients
   generate reference lists).

Any comments are, of course, most welcome.  I'd be particularly
curious as regards feelings about the (rather intrusive) upload
proposal; having implemented what TAP does (which is quite close to what
the DALI IWD prescribes now) I'm confident we'd be better served by
what I'm suggesting, but I'm as sure many will, erm, develop a strong
dislike for it, too.  I've already put on my asbestos suite...
