We will have a session at the interop to discuss DALI and PQL, with the goal 
of determining the scope of each and enabling the community to make some 
progress on both over the summer.

This is in session 13, Thursday AM. I'm not calling for presentations per se 
since we really just need to start from a brief summary of the current state 
and then discuss.
