Topic 10: *Radial velocity axis*

If there no objections , I feel like adding these comments in the next  
version of the draft , in the data model section.

We should decide wether we put these field optional or mandatory, and  
if we can use the o_ucd mandatory field in the same way we suggest for  
polarisation data for discovery.
