SSA-1.1

The SSA V1.1 draft has been updated to reflect the comments received in
the past couple of weeks.  The recent changes include 1) adding a
section to record changes to the document, 2) expanding the introduction
to note the role of SSA in the overall IVOA architecture, and 3) adding
text to note restrictions on the use of ISO8601 format for date or
date-time strings.  Note that a clarification of the OVERFLOW condition
was added in the previous version as well.  All of the changes for V1.1
are either minor bug fixes or clarifications hence should not affect
existing applications.   - Doug
