TAP services?

Our TAP service is operational at:

http://www.cadc-ccda.hia-iha.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/caom/

I do not know why it is not registered, but it should have been since it was 
released back in the early spring. Let me know how you make out using it.

PS-We do not yet support the upload parameter; that work seems to be stuck as 
the second most important thing to do :-)
