DAL Interop Agenda

Dear all,

I've assembled a preliminary agenda for the DAL session in Victoria. It

Each talk has about 15 minutes allocated to it but I know a couple of 
presenters have only asked for 10 mins. I'm sure we'll cope.

Please let me know ASAP if anything needs to be changed. Also, if 
presenters can upload and link their talks at their convenience, I'd be 
very grateful.
