Oh, yeah... I guess I missed that posting in trying to extract the 
summary/proposal.

So, the proposal is to use the UPLOAD parameter with a special URI scheme 
"param" to indicate that the content comes from another POSTed parameter.

eg:

UPLOAD=myTable,param:someOtherParam

and the inline content will be POSTed with name="someOtherParam". To be clear 
and consistent in the spec, since "someOtherParam" is a parameter name, it is 
not case sensitive.
