Latest SSAP and Spectrum documents

Hi All -

Updated versions of both the SSA protocol and Spectrum documents are now
available.  You can find these at the usual location off the main DAL
TWIki page at

Should the IVOA server be down, the latest version of the SSAP document
is also available from

The SSAP document is now a V1.0 WD and is complete through to the sample
query output at the end, except for getCapabilities as this is still
under discussion.  An effort has been made to incorporate all suggested
revisions from both the review comments and the initial implementations
done since last November, however most of my time the past few days
was spent on getCapabilities and hence I did not have as much time as
I would have liked to update the document.

Changes to the main queryData section of the document were minor.
Two new query parameters (both optional) were added as a result of initial
implementations.  Minor changes were made to the characterization metadata
to track similar changes in Spectrum and Char.  The TOKEN feature,
used to step through large queries, has been replaced by a proposed
MAXREC parameter in an effort to simplify service implementations.
Many small changes were made to the text to improve the presentation.

The getCapabilities and getAvailability operations are briefly described.
The error handling is now fully specified.  The example at the end has
been updated with output from one of my reference services.
