Juan, I suggest that the first step is to post the doc on the DM wiki page
http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IvoaDataModel

under 'active modelling efforts'. You could even make a separate wiki
page to collect all the radio related stuff (there's an interferometry
page but I don't think there's a radio page)  Perhaps Anita Richards would like to comment?
