IVOA Line Data Model doc version 0.5

Dear all,

please find attached version 0.5 of the IVOA Line Data Model document. 

Please send your comments. We'll start compiling them and eventually
discuss them at the next interop meeting.

This mail is crossed to the DAL group for its relevance. Another mail
will follow this one with the SLAP (Simple Line Access Protocol)
specification, which will be posted to the DAL crossed to the DM.
