DAL session in Madrid

Hi DAL folks -

What we have on the agenda so far for the DAL session in Madrid are the
following:

    - Progress toward SSA PR
    - Simple line list access protocol
    - Brief discussion of VO-client (client code for DAL services)

I would put SIA V1.1 on there as well but we have so little time that it
might be necessary to discuss this instead outside the main session.
However, if anyone wants to report on matters concerning SIA V1.1 we may
be able to fit it in.

If anyone would like to present anything else please let me know and we
will see if we can fit it in.
