What is the difference between "VOEvent" and "VO Transport Protocol"? Is one a data model and the other a standard for a service? What is a VOEvents validation library? What background do we expect newcomers to have? Just going down the slides, I wouldn't expect everyone to know what registry, semantics, interoperability, TAP are if they haven't lived in the VO world already. However, if they are already people building pipelines and services (just not VO) then we can expect them to know e.g. metadata, ADQL.
