[csp] IVOA web resources downtime

Dear Exec, TCG, CSP,

starting today, for the next few days (plans are to close the task by next
Friday)
the IVOA document repository and vocabularies pages will be affected by
downtimes
due to the DNS switch needed to bring online the new website.
Also the other services might be affected.

A successive email will be issued when all will be back online.
