[csp] plenary session at Interop meeting

Dear CSP Members,

During our last meeting we discussed about organizing a plenary session in Sydney focusing on low frequency missions and projects, with the aim of hearing if they have requirements for existing IVOA standards that we need to take into account.

Here is the list of possible missions we discussed about:
- SKA SRCNet - Rosie ?
- DSA-2000 - Vandana?
- ngVLA
- ALMA
- ...

Can you help us complete the list by answering:
a) Rosie and Vandana, do you agree on giving a bit of the status there? are you both coming in person?
b) adding a name after the mission in the case it is empty
