[csp] Test mail

Hi Ada,

I reply all to add a bit of information.

The email issue was actually a missing optional configuration on the
ivoa.net email server.

Now it should be fixed and no more lack of email should happen.

Apologizing on behalf of the sysadmins here, but it was really an
_optional_ feature _required_ by roughly 1 mail provider.
