[csp] CSP status presentation

Dear All, 

I hope this email finds you well. Please find attached to this email a draft presentation of the CSP status. 
Since this is my first presentation as chair of the CSP, and there is a renewal of the terms of reference 
I decided to focus on reminding all of us our role and introducing why we have a panel session 
focusing on feedback from the community. I still might change a few things and add some images, 
since at the moment it is plain text. But I think the main ideas I would like to transmit are there. 

Comments are welcome until the end of the week. 

I am aware that the presentation is very generic, in the future we might want to focus on giving 
more specific directions on standards. For that purpose, should we set a CSP meeting during or 
after the interop meeting ? I think that a CSP interop follow-up meeting is important. 
Let me know your thoughts.
