[csp] about the CSP warp-up presentations at the interops

Dear Mark and Chenzhou (as upcoming chair),

I would like to propose to remove the CSP wrap-up presentation at the end of this and future interops since I feel that it is not particularly useful in the current set up (there is usually very little new content with respect to the opening CSP talk) and we might prefer to use the time to debrief the TCG.
