[csp] Draft "Radioastronomy in the VO" session agenda

Hi Bruno,

Having some discussion of RM will be good.  We are in the process of understanding how to get those data into the CAOM system and improving our support for 'cutouts' of the RM files we are keeping.  

Looking forward to a discussion of Radio data in VO.
