[csp] time request for the CSP IVOA-astropy Focus Session

Hi Pat and Bruno,

I'm not particularly invested in the current time -- though I did just edit
the Ops schedule -- so feel free to move it it you need to. Generally speaking
I'd prefer Ops not to be in parallel with Apps or DAL where feasible, so this seems
a little better to me.
