[csp] doodle poll for new CSP telecon

Hi Raffaele,

Please do! As we had discussed last December at the CfA, Pepi and I would like to propose that you join the CSP as a full member already at the upcoming Victoria interop meeting. Formally, that needs to be approved by the exec meeting the day before the interop but there is nothing stopping you from joining our telecons from now on so please, do join. I do value your contributions and ideas very much, surely like the other CSP members. 8)
