TOPCAT release

Dear topcat-users,

today there is a new release of TOPCAT and the gang:

   TOPCAT v4.10-4
   STILTS v3.5-3
   STIL   v4.3-3

There are a couple of nice new plot-related features:

 - You can now define Global Variables to be referenced in
   expressions defining columns, subsets or plotted quantities;
   these can then be adjusted interactively with a slider for
   instant visual feedback showing how changing these values
   affects a plot.

 - Plot axis scaling is generalised; alongside the existing linear
   and log scaling, there are new options asinh and symlog (copied
   from Matplotlib, thanks Matplotlib!) that allow axes covering a
   wide dynamic range in both positive and negative directions
   (unlike log, which is restricted to positive values).

Also support for CSV with non-comma delimiters, better control over
datatypes inferred when reading CSV/ASCII files, various bugfixes and 
workarounds, etc.  See the web pages for full detail and downloads etc:
