VizieR conesearch in VOTable1.4

Hi all,

A new VizieR version is available at http://viz-beta.u-strasbg.fr

It updates the Simple Cone Search with VOTable 1.4 (accepted for SCS 
since 2021-11 in an Errata).
Some basics checks have been successfully executed (Aladin, topcat, 
astroquery, pyvo).

ex: 
viz-beta.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/II/246/out?ra=0&dec=0&radius=0.1

Please, contact the CDS for any issues!


Note: (new and already in VizieR) the version includes more information 
in the header with authors, date of publications, URL request, 
identifiers, ... (see https://www.ivoa.net/documents/DataOrigin/)
