CASSIS V6.3 release

Hello,

the CASSIS team is proud to announce a new version of the CASSIS 
software (6.3) with the update of its associated spectroscopic database

In addition to fixing various bugs, please note the following 
changes/features :
- Improved database creation
- Display of intensity error bars for some data formats (if you have 
data with error bars that are not displayed, please tell us 
at cassis-team at irap.omp.eu)
- New format for saving lines

Accompanying this version, we also deliver the new version of the CASSIS 
plugin (6.3.0.0) which allows, from a hyperspectral cube in Aladin, to 
extract, visualize and interact with spectra in CASSIS.

In addition to fixing various bugs and compatibility with Aladin 12, 
please note the following changes/features :
- Better interaction during images created by CASSIS (two-way add/remove)

- Opening of spectral cubes from the EPN-TAP module directly in Aladin
- Possibility to choose the algorithm of creation of images and extraction.
