TOPCAT release

Dear topcat-users,

there is a new release of TOPCAT and friends today:

   TOPCAT v4.8-3
   STILTS v3.4-3
   STIL   v4.0-5

Highlights include:

   - capability to read tables in PDS4 format

   - new plot layer types for plotting per-element means
     (medians, maxima, quantiles, ...) of fixed-length array-valued 
     columns such as spectra

   - export of (N-d) density maps to table format: new command tgridmap
     in STILTS, new grid plot export option in TOPCAT

as well as various minor enhancements and some bug fixes.
