MOC 2.0 - Java reference implementation.

Dear Apps members,

A short announcement to inform IVOA members that the latest version of 
Aladin Desktop beta (11.053) now integrates a library fully compatible 
with MOC2.0 (latest version of WD). TMOCs, STMOCs as well as their FITS 
and ASCII serializations have been implemented according to the 
recommendations, as well as some new functionalities related to these 
evolutions. Feel free to test this new code and give us feedback.

The MocJava library used by this new version of Aladin Desktop will be 
available independently soon.
