TOPCAT, STILTS, STIL release

Dear colleagues,

there is a new release of TOPCAT and friends:

   TOPCAT v4.8-1
   STILTS v3.4-1
   STIL   v4.0-2

This includes support for some new file formats (Apache Parquet,
AAS Machine-Readable Tables), updating of the ECSV format to v1.0
(which allows use of array-valued columns), new visualisation
features and functions for viewing and manipulating array-valued
columns, for instance in tables containing multiple 
spectra and time series, and a number of other miscellaneous
enhancements and bugfixes.
