Draft Applications Program

Dear IVOA,

I've posted a draft program for the Applications Working Group sessions at the upcoming meeting in Groningen.  Note that the program includes talks in a joint DAL/Applications session, and that the details of that session will be managed by the DAL group:

If you've asked for a talk, please check to see that the talk is in the program.  The program is pretty full, so please let me know if any changes come up that would prevent you from giving your talk.
