VOTable errata status

There's a pre-release version of STILTS whose votlint/taplint uses the
revised XSD (it does not acquire these schemas from www.ivoa.net
at runtime) at:

   ftp://andromeda.star.bris.ac.uk/pub/star/stilts/pre/stilts.jar
