MOC java lib 5.0 announcement

Hi Apps members,

A new version of the CDS MOC java library is available. It integrates 
ASCII and JSON input/output format support (suggested formats in the MOC 
1.0 IVOA document - more and more used), and fix a few bugs. The source 
package is delivered with a README file with the minimal documentation 
required to start with MOC. And a lot of usage examples are also 
provided (cds.moc.examples).
