TapHandle Upgrade

Dear VO memebers,

TapHandle (http://saada.unistra.fr/taphandle) has been upgraded to operate /tables capabilities compliant with VOSI1.1 as 
implemented by the CADC where /tables request are redirected to /tables?detail=min which return a table list without column 
descriptions. The column descriptions must be queried table by table by the client.
This upgrade is transparent for the users.
