What clients can be used to test SIAv2 servcies?

Is there a list of clients that can be used to query and test SIAv2 services?  
We're looking to tools to test the
new NED service.

Looking at the RfC page the only client mentioned is Aladin.  Are there other 
tools (other than direct WGETs and such) that
can be used?  Does PyVO or the IRAF VO client support it?

I couldn't see anything on the DAL or Apps pages.
