Hi apps,

a couple of recent issues have prompted me to add a new wiki page

   http://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/VOTableIssues13

as a placeholder for issues with the current (v1.3) version of VOTable
that should be considered if a future version is drafted at some point.
This does *not* mark the start of the process of drafting a new
version of the VOTable standard, but it makes sense to have somewhere
to note known issues rather than letting them get lost in old mail
threads.

If anybody wants to add items here, or to comment on existing ones,
feel free to do so.
