Simple Cone Search Creator

Hi,

This is to announce the first release of Simple Cone Search Creator 
(SCSC), a simple tool to generate a cone search service from a CSV file.

SCSC main strength is its simplicity. Requirements are minimal: data are 
stored as regular text files, the Cone Search service is run by a Python 
CGI script. There is no need for a database engine or a Tomcat instance.

SCSC is of course not intended to compete with full-featured VO toolkits 
such as DaCHS or Saada, but provides a simple and fast way to setup a 
cone search service with good performances and compliant with the standard.
