TOPCAT v4.0b - fix for Macs

Apologies - the TOPCAT release I made yesterday was missing some
Mac-related classes, and the new plotting windows didn't work on OSX.

I've made a fix - if you have a Mac please download the versions
that are there now.  Apologies for the inconvenience 
(and for crossposting, again).

If anybody reported this thank you - I can't read my email at the
moment.
