TOPCAT/STILTS release

Dear appsters,

There are new releases today of TOPCAT and STILTS available from the 
usual places:

   TOPCAT v3.5-1   http://www.starlink.ac.uk/topcat/
   STILTS v2.1-1   http://www.starlink.ac.uk/stilts/

The main new item of functionality in both cases is the ability to output
graphics to PDF files along with the existing options of PostScript,
GIF, JPEG etc.  However, there are also a number of bugfixes and
performance and usability enhancements, especially associated with
TOPCAT's use of the Registry and VO services; users of TOPCAT v3.5
are advised to upgrade.
