VirGO v1.3.1 and new ESO services

Announcement:

VirGO v1.3.1, a Stellarium based 3D visual browsing tool for the ESO 
Science Archive Facility has been released. See download page and quick 
start guide:

VirGO utilizes new SIA and SSA services for accessing science products, 
previews and transferring instrumental footprint overlays:

Supported platforms are MacOSX, Linux and Windows. VirGO also supports 
PLASTIC messaging and can be extended to further data services (e.g. 
HLA/ST-ECF). Migrating and exposing the historic ESO data through VO 
services is a gradual process; see the status page:

The client application and services were developed by the Virtual 
Observatory Systems Department and sponsored by the European Commission
