PLASTIC credits and URLs

Since I ran out of time before I'd finished with my PLASTIC intro at the 
IVOA meeting today, I committed the terrible sin of not crediting the 
people who've made it work:

Finally, if you have a Java application and you want to hook it up with 
Plastic, then there are plenty of existing applications to copy, and I'd 
be happy to help.  If you're writing in Perl then Alasdair has kindly 
agreed to share how he did it, and I'm sure that Marco will do the same 
for C++ coders.  If you speak Python, then I can help a little.
