Applications Session at May IVOA interop

Hi everyone,

The draft schedule for the interop has the Applications sessions
on Tue pm and Wed am.

These times overlap with the first DM session and both DAL
sessions. (And avoids clashes with Registry sessions and Fri
as we requested).

Please let me know asap if this causes serious problems
for anyone.
