VOPlot v1.3 Released

Hello,

We are happy to announce the release of VOPlot v1.3. 

The release is available for download from,
http://vo.iucaa.ernet.in/~voi/voplot.htm

VOPlot v1.3 takes much lesser time to load and plot VOTables as compared to the previous version 1.2.1. Version 1.3 has been specifically optimized to plot VOTables that contain few hundred thousand data points. 

Benchmarking figures* for first catalog, which contains about 0.8 million rows and 13 columns, are as follows:

Loading time         ~ 5 minutes       55 seconds
Plotting time          25 seconds        3 seconds
Memory used        550 MB             320 MB 

(* The figures were obtained on Pentium IV 2.8GHz machine with 2GB RAM on Windows platform)
