New Specview release with SED reader/writer.

Specview 2.10.3 was released. It contains a
much improved SED Data Model reader/writer.

You can get it from here:

http://www.stsci.edu/resources/software_hardware/specview/download

A few SED sample files can be found here:

http://specview.stsci.edu/SED/

You can run Specview with one of the links in
that page in the command line, as for example:

% specview http://specview.stsci.edu/SED/echelle.xml

and the document will be automatically downloaded
and displayed.

Note that the SEDs generated by Specview still lack some
of the metadata components, such as Frame and Curation.
These will be added in a future version.
