Registry use

Just a note to say that application writers should check into the registry
mail list for information about two different approaches to registry
information that will be applied by the NVO and AstroGrid projects.

This is essential for any application (including portals, workflow etc)
which needs to use registry information to construct queries or otherwise
needs to know the tables/columns/ucds provided by a service (eg SkyNode).
