JSAMP 1.3.5

Hi all,

I've just released v1.3.5 of the JSAMP library/toolkit.
There's nothing very exciting in this release, it just accumulates
some bugfixes, small improvements, changes to build and deployment.
However, if you're packaging JSAMP in a product you release,
you should probably update to this version.  The API is unchanged.
