x-samp.query.by-meta

Hi Mark,

   thanks for having raised this issue in the mailing list. Yes, that is 
what I had in mind, even though I would have preferred a (x-)samp.hub 
MType. However x-samp.query.by-meta is OK to me and I think to include 
its support in a next version of the SAMPy Hub.
