JSAMP v0.3-1

Dear SAMP,

I've just released an update for JSAMP, v0.3-1.
It is available as usual at

   http://deployer.astrogrid.org/software/jsamp/

Changes to the previous release, v0.3, are mostly minor enhancements
and bugfixes.  Some of these are worth having; for instance fixes to
bugs which prevented the hub starting properly on some versions of
MS Windows.  Application developers are therefore encouraged to
upgrade when convenient.  A full change log can be seen at
http://deployer.astrogrid.org/software/jsamp/history.html.
